This district is located in the northern part of the Principality, on the edge of the French towns of Beausoleil and Roquebrune Cap Martin. It is mainly a residential and office space.
Just 5 minutes’ walk from the Place du Casino de Monte-Carlo, this district is modest in size but large in terms of its real estate activity. It is in this area that the vast majority of real estate transactions in Monaco take place. Design or Belle Époque buildings, the diversity of styles and eras blend harmoniously within the northeastern Monegasque landscape.
For some time now, it has been home to a building that has been talked about around the world, the Tour Odéon, but other buildings in this district have a good reputation such as the Monte-Carlo Sun, the Parc Saint Roman, the Annonciade or still the Château Périgord.
